The Dengue Season
While the world is fighting covid-19, Singapore faces another challenge - dengue season.
As we don't sleep in air-conditioned room, the probability of a mozzie visit is higher.
I googled and saw an interesting Baygon product - Baygon liquid electric repeller!
However it was out of stock on all major supermarkets.
I called the distributor only to find out new batches are tentatively arriving in July.
No confirmation of dates since the covid situation is so fluid that all aspects of life are affected and nothing is certain.
I had to look for alternative! Probably something natural.
My husband was considering mosquito coil. Something old school which I remembered seeing when I visited my grandparents in Malaysia when I was a 6-7 year kid.
Even mosquito coils are sold out!
Singaporeans are really forward thinking. They either are super prepared or they hoard all the mosquito repellent items as if it is going to last for years.
